At the Store
Returns are accepted within 14 days of sale with tags still on article/s and sales receipt (30 days in January). If no sales receipt, store credit only. Tags must still be on the item. Everything Alpaca reserves the right to refuse any article returned without sales receipt and/or with obvious use or wear.
Online
Once items are returned to Everything Alpaca with sales receipt, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase if the article is returned in clean, sellable condition without obvious use and tags still in place. Shipping will not be refunded, and shipping for the return is the responsibility of the buyer. Everything Alpaca reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for selected items. If no receipt accompanies the article, a store credit coupon will be given.
